How to configure IIS to host Apex applications

Hello,

I am a novice in Apex application and hosting, I need help if possible detailed information on how to configure IIS to host completed Apex applications.

And how to use my PC as a web server to allow completed Apex applications to be accessible on the internet anywhere for various end users.
