How to configure EPG from a client machine.

To enable the EPG the script apex_epg_config.sql must be run. This loads the images into the database and it looks like this must be done from a location the Oracle database has access to. It is not always possible for our consultants to get granted access to the dabase server.

Is there an alternative way to configure the EPG that does not involve access to the server?
