Infrastructure Software

I have been given the task to setup a sun box and am very new to this. (I am a DBA not a Unix admin that is for sure)
I have a sunfire v440 that has 4 internal 32GB disks. I would like to setup some type of redundancy for the disks (using raid).
I have installed solaris 10 on the server and I would like eventually to have 3 user filesystems:-

/fs1 = 20GB
/fs2 = 50GB
/swap = 20GB

When I installed solais 10 I created the a ZFS filesystem.

If anyone can help me configure the disks and get the filesystems setup I would appreciate it (i am looking for step by step instructions here.)

Even pointing me to any good doco that I can reference would be a help.
