How to configure disaster recovery setup for existing Oracle identity Manager

Hi Experts,
We have Oracle Identity Manager multinode (2 nodes for SOA and OIM) setup with 11G R2 PS3 version.
We wanted to setup disaster recovery setup where data can be replicated from active servers as well as it should be utilized in case primary servers gets failed.
Appreciate if anyone can provide any references to setup this requirement.
