How to configure Data Guard primary and standby in same machine

Dear Experts,

My machine H/W confirguration is given below,

Operating system : Windows 7

Oracle version - 11.2.0.1

RAM : 4GB

HDD : 500 GB

My Question.

1) I have implemented RMAN in primary database and can i create stand by database for the primary db in same computer. I don't have LAN facility. If possible please give a link to configure the same or guide me, I am new for Oracle Data Guard

2) Can i do RAC Setup in same machine, that is can i create more than one node in same machine. I am doing R&D for RAC. If possible then please give me web link or guide me. I am new for RAC
