How to configure apex listener to authenticate web application

Hello Sirs,

I have my web application and I want to redirect my application using apex listener login details.
Means whenever I type my application site, http ://localhost:4912/myapp/idex.html then it must pop up listeneradmin login username and password. means adminlistener as username and admin as my password. Something like this. Once it is authenticate, it must call my home page of site.

Please help me out on this.
