How to configure 3Com 3C905C-TX-M...

Hi Everybody,
I am Install the driver software (Solaris8.exe) Solaris support OS from 3Com.com in floppy and now want to configure on Solaris8 x86 plateform. When I am trying like press F4 to add-new device then he need diskket when i put this floppy he told me this is not a valid software I don't know what's happenning with my system. If anybody have other way so please tell me.
My card detail is:- 3Com 3C905C-TX-M EtherLink 10/100 PCI.
Please tell the way how to configure and If any have this driver software provide me...
