How to concatenate comments in 2 lines to single line

Hi Team,

In our system, we have a receipt#123456 where user entered comments in 2 lines. So, in AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL also comments came in 2 lines.
We are developing a custom report where we want to show those comments in single line.
As shown below (in yellow highlighted)

We have to have a sql command which shows such comments in single line
