How to concat the numeric values

Hi Experts,

I want to show the range between the numbers i.e. in the first column i have numeric value i.e 10 and in the second column i have numeric value 20 now in the third column i have to show 10 - 20 i.e. (i have to show first column value(10) hyphen (-) and second column value(20)).

how i have to concatenate the numeric values and how i have to insert the hyphen between these numbers any suggestions.
