How to compute the italian codice fiscale

Is there anyone who can give me a PL/SQL or a package computing the italian codice fiscale getting in input Name, Sirname, birthdate, ...?
I suppose it exists and I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
My oracle version is 8.1.7 i
