how to communicate between SIM emulator and Mobile Emulator

Hi All,
I am developing an application which resides partly in Mobile and rest in SIM card . The application need to communicate with each other (SIM as well as MIDlet). -
-I have J2me wirless tool kit installed and it enables to program in mobile emulator.
-I have gemxplorer developer suit installed which help me in SIM programming .
Could any one please assist me with how i can make these 2 simulatror communicate.
Please help me ... my thesis submission deadline is near.
