Hi Team,
We are using R12.2.3
In our system, few users are creating POs with Invoice Match Option as 'Receipt' for Match Approval Level 2-Way. And also creating POs with Invoice Match Option as 'PO' for Match Approval Level 3-Way.
Even we educated the users not to enter like that, few are still doing so.
So, we did Form Personalization so that system will automatically change to 'Receipt' for 3-Way and 'PO' for 2-Way once they go to Shipment Form(from Line Form or from Distributions form). As of now, we achieved this.
But, user need to 'Save' it to reflect these changes. But, is there any Form Personalization option to automatically save the changes.
I tried with COMMIT_FORM for DO_KEY. But, it didn't worked.
Below is the screenshot of Form Personalization we did.
In the above screenshots, Action Seq 21 is not working.
Can anyone please help me on this.
