How to come back to the same page after redirecting to the another page?

Version details

Application Express 4.1.1.00.23 on Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit

Scenario

I have a page 18 , this will be document details
I have another page 44 , here the page will allow the user to attach scanned documents for the corresponding document number.

I can navigate from 18 to 44 and also I am able to pass some parameter values also. But after working with 44, I want to come back to 18. I can not hard cord the redirection page number. because the page 44 is calling from different pages.
