How to collect Schema last login date

Hi Folks

I need to collect the last login date for Oracle database schemas (users). Which table/s do I need to look up and do I need a system privilege ?

Also need to compute a new value - days since last login. I guess, once I have last login date, I can take a difference using sysdate.

Please help.
