how to clone Apex ?

Hi all,

I have installed Oracle 10g XE on our Linux server and upgraded the Apex from 2.2 to 3.2. We have already developed Apex applications on it.
I want to clone the entire Apex tech stack including the 10gXE database to another linux backup server. Can you give me links on how to do this please.

The home directory of 10gXE is on /usr/lib/oracle/xe. Is it enough to copy this entire directory to the backup server?
How do I know the location of the Apex programs and binaries?
