how to clear value from PopUp LOV?

Hi,

I have a PopUp Lov item in my page. I have set Input Field properties to Not Enterable, Show Display Value and Store Return Value. This field is nullable but using PopUp Lov does not allow user to edit the Item manually. I'm planning on adding a button just right beside the item. Is there any code I can put in the button to clear this item?

I tried using the Display Null value properties it seems very ugly if I put a NULL value in the LOV list.

I'd appreciate any help.
