How to clear repository variable cache in RPD?

In OBIEE 11.1.1.6, How to clear repository variable cache in RPD?
For examnple:
I have created one test Year table contains one column year in Oracle Database 11g and import it into RPD .
Then I have created one initial repository block and variable , imput some SQL and set one default value '2012' .
SQL : select year from Year
Finally, in answer I dragged column anmed '"Time"."Per Name Year"' for SampleApplite and filter data based on repository variable 'year' .
If I modify year data in Database, the report will not display the latest value and also the orignial value.
Note : I can find the 'Refresh Interval' function in RPD and the lowest value is minute. I want to check whether it has second or refresh immediately.
