How to clear Forms server cache

Hi, currently we need to update the form menu on the production server, after replaced the menu.mmx in the folder, the menu won't reflect on the application. The application still showing the old menu even successfully update the menu.mmx.

Anybody have the solution on this? Even all users logout then start the application again, it still the same old menu.

Platform: Windows Server 2019, FMW 12c: 12.2.1.4, FSAL method.
