How to Clear Cache

Hi,

Can any one please help me on how to clear cache without access of RPD & NQSConfig file.
I know from we can clear cache using RPD -> Manage -> Cache -> Purge cache.

& in NQSConfig we can disable cache.

But I don't have access of both. I have access only weblogic nd presentation of OBIEE.
