How to check whether DB writer process written blocks to Data files

716427Sep 17 2010 — edited Sep 17 2010
Hi
I am using the oracle express 10g edition on Wiondws XP . I creatted tablespace called " TBS01" with the following files

1.C:\oraclexe\oradata\my\datafile\01_MF_TBS01_68FTOGK2_.dbf
2.C:\oraclexe\oradata\my\datafile\01_MF_TBS01_68FW0YX9_.dbf

Created the table called SAMPLE with 2 columns and also inserted 150 rows . Committed too.

Now I updated 50 rows out of the 150 .Not yer commit the update.

1. I want to know How many block's or buffers my updated query updated or modified ?
2 . If I commit , How i can check DBW0 process written datablock's to my files other than querying from table after commit.

Thank You .
