how to check valid month(ora-01840 ,ora-01843)

hi,
i m getting ora-01843 & ora-01840 in my proc , plz tell how to found where i m getting these error.
wts the right way to find out where & why these errors are coming.
bcoz i have lots of insert statements in many tables so wts the esaist way to resolve these kinda problems.
