how to check that a node is active or passive in a cluster

Is there any command on a node to see that whether its active or passive(Online or Offline) in a cluster.

we have commands to see that whether the node is up or not
e.g scha_cluster_get -O NODEID_LOCAL
but i could not find any command that tells us about the nodes active or passive status.
