How to check resource(CPU, Memory, Swap & etc) for every Oracle DB instance

choung leeFeb 16 2011 — edited Feb 17 2011
Dear all expert,

I am a newbie in Oracle. I have a few Sun Solaris servers which has installed Oracle Database 9i and 10g. Each server is running multiple database instances now.

How do I perform system resource profiling to show how much resources (such as CPU, Memory, Swap & etc) which used by every DB instance?

Any script/tool which can query the above information?

From OS level, I only manage to get the system-wide resource usage for CPU, memory and etc.

Kindly advise. Appreciate your advice very much!

Thanks from,
Chai
