How to check read write permission for any specific Windows user using java

Hi All,

I have a requirement where in I need check whether if a Windows user say "abc" has a read write permission any any folder, say "C:\Program Files\testFolder", from within a java process.
How can I do it? is there any code which I can reuse?
Please guide.
