How to check Long_Ops programs?

Hi ALL,

We have batch program that is running for 10mins, which usually completes in 5mins.

Is it qualified to be consider in category long_ops?

How does long_ops evaluate a program to be considered "long_ops"? Should it be running > 1 hr?
