How to check if SGA and PGA is enough for the database

Badam123Sep 6 2018 — edited Sep 6 2018

Hi

I wanted to know if the current memory allocated  (SGA,PGA) size is enough or less for my database?

If the size of memory allocated is sufficient , will there be negative impact if I increase the memory size?

Is it good for Oracle to automatically memory management

Or Should we lock the SGA and PGA size?

Current in our project we are using AMM while others are locking the SGA and PGA sizes
