How to check Hyper Threading is enabled or not in Oracle ?

I need to check HT is enabled or not on Oracle server.

I done with googling a lot. I did not got satisfying way to check HT is enables or not.

Processor : Intel(R) Xeon (R) CPU ES-2630 0 @ 2.30 GHz 2.30GHz

Windows Edition

Windows Server Enterprise

Service Pack 2

System Type : 32 bit operating system

Oracle Version

Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
