how to check disk drive firmware revision

I'm running sparc solaris 10 on a v240. How do I check the firmware revision on the disks. I have 2 146G and 2 73G disks and I think the 146s are giving me problems.

Does anyone know of problems with the 146G. My latest problem is I put the 146 drive (a bootable drive) in the v240, boot, and I didn't even get the ok prompt. I put in another drive and I got the prompt.

I see patch 116512-08 is a firmware patch but I want to see the current version first. They are cheetah drives.
