How to Change Unicode for Oracle 11g R2 Database

Hi all Experts,

I have installed Oracle Database 11g R2, and to configuration of Hyperion 11.1.1.21, I need to change its encoding to UTF-8,

Please give me some solution, otherwise I need to, deinstall it,

I tried from configuration and management tools,
