How to change the size of the Application icon ?

Hi,

I Use Universal Theme 42 and APEX 20.1. I use Vita theme. I created a new application but the logo is appearing too small. how to enlarge it ? Also how to change the color of the background from blue to white ? I tried to use the Theme Roller but I cannot set the colors to direcly RGB 0,0,0.
