How to change the position of Show/Hide icon in side navigation menu

I'm using APEX 18.1. I'musing side navigation menu with list position as side. The Hamburger icon to show/hide the menu is displayed at top left most corner. The user would like to see that Hamburger icon just above the first list entry. any ideas are appreciated, thanks.
