How to change the password of SYSMAN user ?

I have change the password of SYSMAN with this order :
alter user sysman identified by *****;
Then I restart OEM : emctl start dbconsole,
SYSMAN is locked and so OEM does not work any more.
I think that there is a simple method for it

Configuration :
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0
on Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
