How to change the logo of the Window in Oracle 12C

Hi,

We have recently migrated from Oracle Weblogic 11gR2 to 12c.

After the migration we have observed that the logo on the Oracle Window is different from 11g to 12c. How to change the logo of forms window in 12c to the same as 11g.

Can any one please comment on this.
