how to change the expdp session's setting?

hello all,

could you please suggest me how to change the init parameter(SESSION_CACHED_CURSORS) at expdp session level? I mean I want to increase the value of this parameter while expdp session opened before expdp operation starting, I just am to verify whether improving performance on expdp 11g. Thanks all.
