How to change the download file limit in UCM

I am downloading a file in UCM through GET_ZIP_BUNDLE. My file size is 9276 megabytes. When I am trying to download the file, I am getting an UCM message stating "The total file size of 9276 megabytes in the download is bigger than the maximum of 2000 megabytes."

Can anyone tell me where this limit has been set or is there any way to change the limit.

Any help would be appreciated.
