How to change the Apache Port Setting

Dear All,

I have Successfully installed the Oracle 9i into my system. The problem is, that system is an IIS server, Since Apache Server is also using Port 80, IIS is not starting, I don't want to change the IIS Port to some other. but i would like to change the Apache Server Port to some other. So any one can suggest me how to do the same.
