How to change tabs container region color scheme?

I'm using apex 5.1.3 and universal theme.

I have a page below and i'm using tabs container template.

the tabs title (Info, reading & Reading history) has very faint background color and its not too obvious except for the line.

Is there a way to make the background color a little bit darker and if possible using theme roller?

Please see below my RDS is better, thanks
