how to change parameters values

dear gurus,

can someone guide how to change below values and apply and what steps should taken and changes do in files

* Shared_pool_size = 450M
* Db_cache_size = 750M
* Pga_aggregate_target = 125M
* Sort_area_size = 1M
* Open_cursors = 4000
* Processes = 300
