APEX 5.1.4
NLS: CSV charset=WE8MSWIN1252
When i Download CSV data question marks (?) are displayed where data is in Arabic, see below pic.
Data in the APEX page is showing perfectly fine.
i tried to change language on PAGE LOAD by following PL/SQL, but still same problem.
begin
execute immediate q'[alter session set nls_language='ARABIC' nls_territory='UNITED ARAB EMIRATES']';
end;
is there any way to change NLS: CSV charset from WE8MSWIN1252 to AR8MSWIN1256 of any page i need. Or is there any other way to solve this problem
