How to change Login Region

Happy New Year for ALL

About Login Region:

I would like to know how to change size of Login region and its place.

For example: Login region should have height = 600 and width = 100 and should be on right side, no in center of screen.

This problem concerns oracle12, apex 4.2 and html5 theme.
