I'm using 19.2 and universal theme Vita Dark.
For the most part the color is pretty good but in IR there are some that is NOT readable.
The filter screen below, the "Column" heading is NOT readable, is there a way to change the foregound color to BLACK? at least you can read it
Same case for the Download
If you look at the app builder list of pages, it uses an IR too and the IR background is almost the same but the download screen is working differently where the highlighted color of the button is using the IR background whereas the app page is using white.
