How to change from 'Run Application Only' TO 'Run and Build Application' ?

Background: We changed the Application Attributes of an existing application from 'Run and Build Application' to 'Run Application Only' . As a result we do see this application listed when we login to the workspace.

Question: How do we revert this such that the Application is listed and available for modifications?
