How to change color for DBMS_OutPut.Put_Line?

In SQL Dev 18.3 I noticed that sentence for outputting data is grayed like comment (and harder to notice), while in previous versions was normal black.

For example in 18.1 or 18.2 I see normal:

While in 18.3 I see the same sentence as:

New.png

In preview window in Advanced Fromat the same sentence is colored black.

I also clicked Reset button under Code Editor > Format > Advanced Format, but nothing changed. Why this happened and where can I set color back to normal black or any other?
