How to change any user's password in AS400 via JSP?

Hi. Is there a way to change any user's password in AS400 via JSP? I want to login to AS400 as admin using JSP from a web server (windows server 2003), and then change any user's password in AS400 via JSP. Is it possible? and if possible, how? Thank you in advance!
