How Oracle Fusion HCM captures history for change in Worker attributes

Currently Oracle Fusion HCM maintains History at 'Assignment level’ for changes in Worker attributes like Location change, Department change, Grade change, etc. (screenshots below)

Does oracle fusion HCM also maintains history at any other levels for Name change, Phone change, Email change, Workterms for a Worker?
