How to call the oracle report automatically and send it by mail

Hii all am new in oracle. Actually i had alot of researches about this am totaly stuck

I have oracle forms 6i with database 9i. The required is to call the oracle report at this specific day and specific time auomatically

and send it by mail. I dunno from where I have to start from server or from reports

and what the tool that can call the report automatically
