how to call different pages in Create Button in APEX 18.2

Hi All,

I have below scenario.

I have Create button on the page. 

when I click/hit the create button, process should verify item-level, if it equal to 10 then it should use page 101,

                                                                                                         if item-level equal to 20 then it should use page 102,

                                                                                                         for all other item levels it should use page 103.

can some one help me how to achieve this.

Currently we are on 18.2 version.
