how to call apex page from a button click in ebs

Hi I have integrated APEX with EBS successfully, which means on clicking on a responsibility in EBS, my APEX page opens up.

But now my requirement is, to open up the APEX page on cilick of a button in one of the EBS screens.

Basically I have made a apex screen to upload some files.

Now my requirement is to call this page whenever the user clicks on Upload button on EBS screen. Then the user should upload some documents on APEX page and come back to EBS screen to display all the documents attached.

How can I achieve this?
