How to Calculate Extent Size

Dear ALL,
I created a table in Oracle tablespace managed locally.

CREATE TABLE TESTER
(COL1 VARCHAR2 PRIMARY KEY)
TABLESPACE TESTDATA
STORAGE (INITIAL 50M NEXT 100M PCTINCREASE 20
MINEXTENTS 1 MAXEXTENTS 200);

Here, my question is how large the fifth extent Oracle allocates will be?

How to calculate on this... What's role of PCTINCREASE.
