how to calculate average for a each quarter in a year

Hi Everyone,

i have a table which stores all the the testcases for the data.I am trying to calculate avg testcases that were recorded per quarter in a year

I tried with avg and count but i am sure the returned results are not perfect

Help me in this scenario.
